Apart from the gameplay, which is pretty good, everything else is pretty bad. The menus, matchmaking, progression, lack of pre-planning options, weapon customization, and lack of RNG (like vault and loot placement). Throw everything out the window, bring Crime.net and the infamy system back, and then maybe people will want to play the game they've been waiting for over the last decade.
Payday 2 has a wonderful formula that should have been used as a foundation for what this game is.
