Wyahtt MergedIt is incredibly difficult and time consuming to try and find a lobby with people to play in. There are so many maps each with 4 different difficulties to match. crime.net or some new sort of server browser has to be implemented. At the very least players should be able to stay in a lobby with each other after finishing a Match made game.

UnderdogCardinal MergedI really liked the map from Payday 2. Compared to Payday 3, I think the mission selection is nice, but if you cancel it, it jumps straight back to the menu. I personally find that disturbing. Why not another card like the one from Payday 2? It would also be nice to see how many people are currently playing this mission to get a better orientation.

Lemur MergedMatchmaking as it is right now is... not that good. It requires you to pick specific heist on a specific difficulty, and, assuming you want to join up with other people, hope that you'll run into someone with same specific settings.

Adding a server browser, as crime.net worked in PD2 would be nice, because then I don't have to choose specifically what I want to pick, but I can be like "Oh, there's 3 people playing road rage on very hard, I'll join them"
Alternatively, an option for selecting multiple heists and difficulties at the same time would greatly improve matchmaking. I can choose which heists I want to play and which not, i might be that I only want to play one but I'm okay with 2 different difficulties, but maybe I want to play anything but just not on normal difficulties.
Additionaly, having the option to mark lobbies as stealth/loud, and picking such option in matchmaking, would be great as well. -

Thecheekbuster MergedIt's killed the community vibe of the game, after a Heist your immediately break up. after playin a few days an doin a few great heist with randoms, then poof. Before if everyone enjoyed the game, they'd stay together an someone would pic a new heist off the board, an I always liked that it was random, but you could just wait a few second ya wanted something different. Regardless tho, you stayed together, knew them a bit better or at least kept one maybe to an it made getting into a game a lot faster

Arturo MergedSimilar to Payday 2 utilizing the CRIME.NET screen to show the user open public lobbies, allow for an option to matchmake with any heist, currently it results hard to host/join a public lobby as you need to guess which heist in which difficulty to be able to matchmake vs "Looking for anything available"

Jaden MergedBring back the old matchmaking system that already worked so well in the previous game and returning players are familiar with, or at least create a new similar one. It allowed the player to pick from an assortment of lobbies of different heists and difficulties that were available. With the current system, you have to commit to a specific heist and difficulty before knowing if there's even an open lobby for it. The old system gave players more incentive to try new missions/difficulties because it showed that there was already a slot open for them to join.

trash MergedAdd a quickplay option to join any heist. You should also be able to choose the difficulty. That way you are more likely to find a game rather than choosing a heist specific matchmaking.

The experience of playing this game is awful.
It takes minutes to get into a game and you aren't even guaranteed THREE TEAMMATES.
Then after a single heist completion its back the main menu you cant even redo or play a different heist!
What the hell is this??? -

SadBoyHayato MergedAs it is there are 8 heists with 4 difficulties each giving a total of 32 seperate matchmaking options. Adding a random heist matchmaking option would make it easier to fill lobbies instead of some having to wait for 5 minutes to do 99 boxes on very hard and getting an empty lobby because not enough people are in that specific matchmaking section.

AllAboutTheHero MergedPick the map you want and you select the difficulties you'd be okay playing and it puts you in a lobby that needs a player. That way if I'm searching for hard difficulty but a normal needs 1 then it puts me in there if that difficulty was selected.

Susie Santello MergedI've already seen a suggestion for a Stealth/Loud matchmaking filter, but with long matchmaking times and regularly being put in a solo lobby I feel the game needs a lot more matchmaking filters.
I'm thinking there should be filters for you to only be put in lobbies with a certain amount of people in them, to be put in lobbies with people of a similar level (about 5 levels higher/lower) than you, etc. etc.
These expanded matchmaking filters I believe should help lower matchmaking times and let people get into the games they want quicker with less hassle. -

Hellfire97 MergedI thought the matchmaking issues for me stemmed from unstable servers. But if the servers are region locking playersin the matchmaker, Starbreeze's latest fixes and maintenance has convinced me that the issue might be worse.

For a lot of us Australian players, the matchmaking is so split with 8 heists and 4 difficulties on each, I believe that its actually hindering our ability to find games. I've attempted at many different times of the day to find a lobby with anyone. I can count on one hand the amount of games that I have encountered a full lobby (me and 3 other random players). I assume my experience doesn't reflect the actual amount of players actively searching.
I'm hoping to get a response to this that either clarifies or disproves this, and to get a better matchmaking system in soon. At the very least I hope for some all heists quick play feature or something similar (please bring crime.net back) to be added because I personally hate relying on LFG posts in the Discord et
