I can’t even start up my game been 4days 4 days since I’m trying grind this game to hit 150 every time I start the game up it crashes please fix y’all bugs and test it and make sure it’s rii

The game does not even reach the lobby screen without crashing, I have tried multiple things over multiple days and the only result I have gotten was getting this error message (image attached) by switching to another game and then back to payday 3 when I heard the sound of a menu opening but pressing return to login still just end up with a game crash, I have even unliked my account and logged back in but the game just crashes again, I have reinstalled the game twice, deleted my local save data and still nothing has changed. Plz fix
