Suggestion of offline mode as well as safe house put back in. Also more heisters.

I miss going into the safe house and screwing around in PD2...main problem from console versions of PD2 was no upgradeable safe house while PC got it...sorta...having a safe house would be great no only in an offline setting to just visit but also put heists for the safe house like their was in the PC version of PD2. I also think having a safe house is essential to all heists because its an escape from cops and any other enemy in tha game. I also miss havin some of tha newer heisters. It would be great to get other characters to play.
