Weapon Attachments Not Equipping Or Purchasing Right Away

When purchasing a weapon attachment, it will often not register the purchase. You can continuously spam purchase without it making you pay more than once, but it makes it look as though you don’t own it. Also equipping attachments don’t register for around 2+ minutes.

EnderbornI think it registers and for all intents and purposes you have purchased and equipped it; it just doesn't show until you exit and reenter the screen a few times.
