[Bug] Payday 2 Milestones no rewards on Payday 3

It seems as if there is a problem with the Payday 2 milestone rewards for Payday 3. I connected both my games to nabula but havn´t reseved any rewards although i finished the milestones in Payday 2.

I double checked whether I had actually claimed all the rewards properly and according to the instructions and after a delay, most of the rewards were available in the game. Unfortunately, all the weapon charms are still missing although I have completed these milestones too. Also I created a ticket with support as recommended.

I keep getting the same problem, wondering what can fix it cause I tried linking and unlinking my account to steam yet no milestone rewards appear.
