[Bug] Stuck, cant move and limited look when other player kills held guard (human shield/Takedown)

This caused my character to be stuck in place, unable to move and only turn by camera slightly, I don't know how easily it is to replicate this is but it was a issue that ended one of our runs

Description - My buddy and I were on the jewelry (3rd) heist, and I was strangling a guard in the back alley. My buddy walked by and shot him with a suppressed pistol, and my character is frozen in place with no way to finish executing the guard or letting him go.

How to Reproduce - One player takes guard as a human shield, and proceeds to "takedown" the guard. Other player shoots the guard while the first player is strangling him.

I was taking down a swat during an assault and one of the heisters in my party killed them right as the prompt gauge finished, i couldnt shoot, move or move my vision outside of like a 30-45 degree angle or even switch weapon.

While performing a takedown on cop if he is killed you freeze. Reproduce by doing a takedown and have a friend kill the cop while the takedown is happening.

Description - The Player becomes "choke stuck" and is unable to move , throw bags and equipment, shot and can't look all the way around.Other players see the "choke stuck"player as if he is standing normaly and not looking around.
How to Reproduce - If "Player1" is chokeing a guard and "Player2" kills the guard that "Player1" is curently chokeing "Player1" will become "choke stuck".
Additional information - The bug was first time encountered while stealthing NRFTW.

I was holding a cop about to takedown, and right when i did a takedown my teammate shot the cop and i lost all ability to do things. I could only look slightly left and right, no shoot no walk no grenade or anything else.

Had the same happen to me on Road Rage. This time the truck drove into the SWAT I was taking down and killed him, making me stuck in place.

Description - If you kill a guard that is currently getting taken down by a different player while he is holding the take down button, The player that is performing the take down is unable to move or do most things.
How to Reproduce - Get one player to grab a guard and perform a take down on him, now the other player has to kill the guard that is getting taken down mid take down to trigger the bug. The first player should now be unable to move or do most things.

(Was noticed on Road Rage, no skills. Steam version)
Steps to recreate:
- Flashbang SWAT
- Take them as a shield
- Start to hold "Takedown" button
- Ask a friend to shoot you/SWAT.
- SWAT dies from a bullet.
- You can't move.

You can look around, but like 30 degrees. It doesn't allow WASD (walking), spacebar (jump), switching weapons, but it allow crounch.

If someone shoots and kills the guard you are taking down, the game will still think ur taking down. Which means you're stuck until the end of the heist.

If a player is holding a guard hostage as a human shield and in the middle of taking them down (possibly other interactions as well), and you shoot and kill the hostage, the player will be stuck, unable to move until leaving and rejoining.

When you take a guard as a body shield in stealth then start choking them out if someone else kills that guard you will be stuck in place unable to do anything but jump and crouch. Once stuck nothing seams to fix it other then quitting or restarting the heist.

If the player(1) attempts to takedown a guard, then the guard is shot by another player(2), the player(1) is frozen in place, cannot shoot, cannot move, cannot crouch. The player(1) can still aim, and rotate.

I was holding an officer as a human shield, and one of my teammates shot him. After that I was completely stuck, couldn't move, turn around, or fire my weapons. I was able to interact with hostages nearby though.
