[Bug] No Cinematic Audio for story video (cutscene)

As it says in title I have got no audio in the story videos. When I hover over the video the voice lines describing it can be heard but everything goes silent when I open a story video. I tried changing some settings and audio output. Plus restarting game and console but to no avail.

When in between heists I want to watch the cinematics the sound cuts off when I start to play them.

there is a issues with the playstation 5 version ,cut scenes don't have sound at all, only subtitles.

Im on ps5 open the game and i only have 5 out of the 6 characters and the story vids are missing sound so i have to read the dialogue subtitles my screen

For me (I play on ps5), there is no sound in the cutscenes that you unlock before and after completing heists. There is no setting in the game that can fix this issue either. I’ve seen others who also have this issue

At first i thought it was a weird creative choice. Me and my friend (both on ps5) can’t hear any cinematic scenes audio. so far I have just been reading the subtitles.

Hi there,
On PS5 I have no sound on the presentation videos.
Only subtitles. Looks weird, not sure if it is on purpose or not (?)
Talked already about it on other forum and it seems I'm not the only one

Same problem audio is all good until I turn on the cutscenes no audio at all feel like this shouldn't be an issue
