Whenever I press to matchmake into a heist, it starts matchmaking, but then a few minutes later, I get matchmaking error with another text saying matchmaking error right under it and 2 options to go to login screen or main menul

Normally when I was looking for a game and no players could be found, the game automatically put me alone in a lobby and I could play with bots, but now I search forever without finding a game. Unfortunately restarting the game didn't help.

Loading up a heist takes me to matchmaking, it loads for 10+ minutes with no change.

Have tried:
Restarting PC
Restarting Steam
Restarting Game
Did the 3 above after disabling Crossplay
Verified integrity of game files.

Preordered the game like a week ago and finally got to download and launch it today and was very excited to dive into the game. The tutorial went smoothly but for some reason no matter what I try to play I get stuck on the matchmaking screen when trying to play. I can't play in an invite only session or public lobby as it gets stuck on the match making screen. I tried restarting my pc and relaunching steam but nothing seems to work.

After completing the tutorial I attempted to join a private " No rest for the wicked " game and got stuck in an infinite matchmake bug.

To reproduce just go to " no rest for the wicked " and set the game to INV only or private then start after some time it will keep loading

Payday 3 on Xbox has the issue where a player cannot load into a heist, I left the loading screen for 30 minutes last night and the game still hasn’t put me in a lobby.

There is a bug in matchmaking, when starting matchmaking it doesn't actually start sometimes, the game thinks that matchmaking already started. You can't join any game because of this and this bug remains active until restarting the game.

Nothing better than being an hour into a stealth mission bringing the bags to the van when you realize you cannot throw bags anymore and then it tells you that you have been disconnected from the server and all that progress goes down the drain. Please fix it as soon as possible. I want to enjoy this as much as PD2 but everything with the servers is making it impossible.
