  Same here on PC. Whenever I open the menu to change keybinds etc. y-axis conversion resets so I have to toggle it off and back on so it works again

  Set invert Y to yes in main menu doesn't work. Need to enter the setting again in every heist and toggle the switch back and forth to have it work.

  When the Y Axis are inverted the command dial is also inverted, which makes no sense on console (Xbox).

  Every single match I have to turn off invert and turn it back on for it to function. However, this has led to the complete failure of the aim function forcing a restart/quit of the in-progress game. I am playing on a Series X with a basic OEM controller.
  
  Possible solutions at this time are plug in a pro controller and set the pro controllers default to invert so the game setting can be left standard.

  Description - Y Inversion Doesn't stick game to game.
  
  How to Reproduce - Play game and change settings to inverted on, wait till next game and it has changed back but in the settings, it will still say its been inverted. Have to turn it off, then back on to fix it

  In addition to the bug of having to re-enable Invert Y every game there is the handy bug of input for the emote wheel being inverted.
  
  
  While I can't break the tie between my hands and brain for controlling first person characters while inverted that doesn't mean I want to navigate on-screen menus inverted, seriously...

  In game settings after turning Y axis on, it will only work for the current heist. When joining another heist, the y axis is off but when I open the settings menu it shows that it is on. Each heist I have to turn it off, then turn it back on for it to work.

  I prefer inverted Y axis on the mouse for FPS games, but not in menu's and the like. When using the chat wheel, the axis is still inverted. This is massively weird, making it quite hard to select the proper option.
  
  Also, the invert Y axis setting is bugged. Need to toggle it from on to off to on again, otherwise it will not work.

  I selected yes to invert Y axis and it doesn't invert the aim in the game. 0/10 makes my pecker sad like cmon bro not asking for much.

  Whenever I begin a new match, some settings seem to reset. I don't know if it's all or only one of them, but every time a new match starts, the setting "invert y-axis" resets. I am unsure whether or not other settings reset, as the settings in the menu do not visually reset. I can only tell as my y-axis is no longer inverted. The current fix I have to this is just disabling and then re-enabling the setting, but this can get kind of tedious and annoying.

  This is a very minor bug but it's kind of annoying to someone who uses invert y-axis like me.
  
  With the setting invert y-axis enabled, if you open the ping menu, your mouse will still be inverted, making it very difficult to click on the options within the menu.

  On PC, the invert Y axis settings are not activated at the beginning of each mission.
  
  Said differently, I have the Invert Y Axis set to on. Once the mission starts and I enter gameplay, my “invert Y” setting is not applied even though the settings menu says it is enabled.
  
  Once I go to the settings menu and toggle the option, I am able to play with Invert Y settings.

  On PC, when using invert Y mouse settings, if I am downed and I want to use Quick Chat to send a message, it is a little confusing because I see the wheel of options and messages to send, but when selecting the message that I want to send, the Invert Y settings are still in effect. More specifically, if I want to send the message at the top of the circle, I have to move the mouse down to get to the top of the circle. This seems incorrect.
  
  I would think that invert Y would be for aiming and shooting and not selecting quick chat option.

  I've come across a bug in the Payday 3 - Beta. My usual preference is to play with a mouse Y-axis inversion, and I've observed an issue where I need to re-enable this setting every time I start a game, even if it hasn't been altered previously. Furthermore, on certain occasions, after adjusting my camera settings to invert the Y-axis and exiting the settings menu, I find myself unable to use my mouse to change the camera perspective. During this glitch, I can still move and interact with the environment, but I'm unable to pivot my character's head to adjust my view.

  Description - SETTINGS : GAMEPLAY : Invert Y Axis = On DOES NOT WORK
  How to Reproduce -
  Go into the Settings : Gameplay menu
  Toggle Invert Y Axis to on
  Join a match
  Y Axis IS NOT inverted
  
  "Fix"
  In game, go to Settings : Gameplay , Toggle Invert Y Axis to OFF , Exit menu
  In game, go to Settings : Gameplay , Toggle Invert Y Axis to ON, Exit menu
  Y Axis will now work correctly

  GTX 2080 Super 12GB
  16GB RAM
  Windows 10
  (Game works great on ULTRA)

  The command dial is still also inverted when the Y Axis are inverted. It makes it unnecessarily hard to use as controller users.
