[Feedback] Reintroduce Features from Payday 2

Payday 3 is missing what made Payday 2 so unique.

Perk Decks added depth to each Loadout, every gun, every armor, basically to everything. Perk Decks made each approach completely unique, with each player having some skill or positive attribute to add to the team. Not to mention but it also added replayability.

What also added some skill to stealth approaches, was the detection risk. Getting into a heist with the largest weapon and the heaviest armour should obviously be more detectable than having a small pistol and no armor.
