[Feedback] Can you add a communication system to the lobby?

I've been finding it difficult to instigate a stealth heist when the stealth is optional as I have no idea whether people want to stealth or not and I don't know whether to equip my stealth load out or not and since when you restart a heist you still can't change load out, it makes it that much worse, I've had the situation of me thinking we're going loud with my squad but in fact they go stealth right after, I think a simple quick chat system like the one you already have in game will fit except you get to use it in the lobby. I love payday 3 but that's the only thing bugging me about it. Thanks.

I 2nd this, This is a must have for people who are playing with steam friends but don't want to use mics. As OP said Randoms in public lobbies to plan the heist is a must as well. I understand with the game being so new we can't expect everything on launch but why take out such a useful and needed feature. If its not broke, don't fix it

Payday The Heist and Payday 2 both had options to reset loadouts after failure. I don't understand why this feature is absent. Much needed QOL.
