[Feedback] Introduce Upscaling tech like DLSS, FSR and XeSS for the PC version

UE4 has really handy plugins for easy input of upscaling tech like DLSS. The anti-aliasing in game and performance are both atrocious. DLSS would help claw back some performance in GPU limited scenarios and help clean the image up significantly.

I have no clue if the full release will have dlss but in the long run it will help with performance since the current beta is struggling on a good chunk of pcs so far.

My computer doodoo but dls/fidelityfx makes my games run and look really good, i think it should really be considered for payday 3!

With the increase of GPU dependent technology with Nvidia, Intel, and perhaps even AMD in the future making sure you support all the methods of Frame Generation, Upscaling, and Anti-Ailiasing will only help your game look better for users with these newer GPUs
