[Feedback] Allow to tie or kill hostage after being freed by guard if I kill this guard (civilian)

Hostage after being freed by guard is completely unkillable, and shouting doesn't work on him.
Kinda weird, that in a room full of hostages and after killing a guard, npc can run away, and I can't do anything to stop him.

I was stealthing and I tied a hostage. A guard saw him and freed him. I killed the guard, the hostage ran and it was impossible for me to kill him or tie him back while he ran away

You cant kill hostages if a guard happens to find one and you manages to kill the guard before he calls it in, the hostage will just run away and there is nothing you can do. Video of it : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0VIx-zhp6sw

After I have tied up a civilian, if the guard manages to free them from restraints, those civilians cannot be killed or restrained again. That's why the civilian can run away freely and alert the police.

A guard spotted a tied up civilian. The guard released the civilian and began to radio in. We handled the guard and the radio, but the civilian was free. They did not respond to shouts and were immune to bullets, so we had no way of stopping them from running out the door, into an alley, and "escaping" to alert the police.

in stealth if a civi is cuffed and found by a guard they are unkillabe and run away this has messed up a few run that i could have saved

If a guard unties a civilian, the civilian will escape and you can't stop it. You can't shout at or kill the civilian afterward.

How to reproduce:
- Tie up civilian
- Let guard see tied civilian
- Guard frees civilian
- Now you can't do anything about it

Came across a "bug". A guard walked up to a tied civ, starting helping her. As she was standing up i shot the guard.

The civ continued getting up, after that she ignored the shouts to "get down" so i decided to shoot her, problem was that she was in "godmode". She survived one mag with the pistol and 2 rounds with the shotty and kept running until she was gone.

Vary rarely a civilian that has been freed by a security guard will be invincible in stealth, and not reacting to shouts It may be tied to killing a cop at the end of the animation.

When you throw a civilian to the ground and a guard goes to see him, when you throw him to the ground again he can get up and flee, with no option to stop him and stealth mode is lost.

Description - when stealthing a guard walks into a group of cable tied employees, frees one who sprints out. i try to intercept the hostage, intimidating her wouldn't work so i shoot at her, hitting her multiple times to no effect
How to Reproduce - cable tie employee -> guard sees and frees the employee -> attempt to intimidate/shoot running employee
Additional information - dont quite remember but the alarm trigger reason was that someone "saw a hostile"
